• Images on the website are indicative of the product you are purchasing. We reserve the right to substitute with an identical product from a different supplier if the item you purchase is not in stock.
• We will endevour to satisfy your request to the best of our ability. If there is a problem with your delivery (out of stock item, unachievable delivery date, etc), we shall attempt to contact you using your contact details. If we are unable to contact you, we will dispatch a replacement of equivalent value in a timely manner.
• The images on the website are a representation of our goods. Unless specificly mentioned, colour and packaging may vary from the picture.
• Prices listed on the site include FREE delivery to the UK. For international orders, the surcharges above apply.
• We try to use recycled packaging as often as possible to minimise the impact on our environment. However, we also provide an option on our Checkout form to request non-recycled packaging.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for incorrect information which you supply us. Failure to provide correct information may result in your order being dispatched late or not at all.
• All our orders are dispatched within 28 working days, unless express service is requested.
• Orders cannot be dispatched until payment is processed / received.

• We will accept online orders in good faith. In the event that there are problems with your payment, including but not limited to bounced cheques, credit card authorisation failures or failure to confirm legitimate use of a credit card we reserve the right to cancel your order and take any steps necessary to recover any loss and expenses relating to your order.
• We do not process card payments until we are ready to dispatch.
• All Payments will appear on your statement as PC2Paper or PC2Paper Network.
• Should payment not be authorized, we will try to obtain authorization on a different occasion. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delay arising from being unable to process your payment or from being unable to contact you with regards to payment. To guarantee that your order will be dispatched within 28 working days, you may wish to reach us on 0870 766 3028, in order to give us your payment details if you have not left them online.
• For your security, sometimes we may require a letter of authorization to allow us to debit your card. We would also need a copy of your card front and back. This is standard procedure, which once requested, we are unable to dispatch your order until you comply with our request. You may alternatively submit a different form of payment instead of a card transaction.
• Due to administration charges we cannot accept orders with a value below £2.50. Orders below this amount will be subject to an administration charge which will result in your order value being rounded up to £2.50.

• In the event that the parcel or its contents have been damaged in transit, we must be notified immediately of any problems and you must retain the package and its contents. Failure to do so may result in your reimbursment claim being rejected. In such cases that your claim is deemed justified, we may supply you a replacement product or reimburse you in monetary value not exceeding the original amount paid for your order.
• We are able to cancel your order if you contact us before it is dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched it cannot be recalled.
• Should an item be returned for refund we will be unable to refund postage and packing costs or any surcharge levied for Express Delivery. Items returned without previous notification may be subject to an administration charge.  All items dispatched on express deliver require a signature.
